Implement acceleration on EFIS BARO and MINS

Acceleration should be built into the incremental BARO and MINS elements from the EFIS. The current implementation forwards the number of received steps, which is too slow for most use cases. The number of commands sent in a single frame may present a challenge and needs to be evaluated.
